Can't sleep?

So it is midnight and you can't sleep and so you start blogging about it, what is a healthy sleep period? I mean what are healthy sleep hours for a person in their 20's or maybe it differs per person cause I can't sleep and it is past midnight.

We all are told from childhood that a person needs to sleep 8 hour per day and that is a must so your body can reboot and repair what needs repairing. Well, I have been in bed for the past ±hour and I am not sleepy at all, and this happens everyday. It could have something do with the fact that I wake-up at 10/11 am mostly and that is why I always fall asleep at 2 am. Oh yes! I drink a lot of tea and I'm not very active but I would like to be.

So the question is again, is that ok! Or is there a problem?

Amen!

Being a mother and daughter means a lot and sometimes a shared interest.

Being unemployed means no means of income other than a father who has put you through school, supports a family of 6 and now he has to support you. Consider starting a business as a solution that can lift the burden of any child or parents shoulder, sometimes being able to show your willingness to finding a solution or job means a lot. Finding a job or solution which you don't necessary like may also be something which you need to accept, and doing so does not mean you have given up but your opening yourself up to receive what ever opportunities may come.

So doing something you don't want may be a solution and starting a business is with considering, but remember that just because you don't love it doesn't mean it won't open doors for you. Take the risk!

Brian Freeze and Migraines Help Scientists!

Thanks to brain freezes scientist now have answers as to the cause of migraines.

Scientist from the Harvard Medical School presented at the Experimental biology meeting that an increase in blood flow may be the cause for migraines but also admit that not all migraines are caused by increases in blood flow. While this is all good as it has implications of new treatments in the future, the question is how long will it take for this research to show rewards? One thing that we can all depend on is that they sure take their time and while tests are needed for safety reasons, why do scientist take forever?

Another thing is that ordinary people now have to wait years before they can start enjoying these new medication. Clinics are the one place where you can be sure to react the poor or ordinary people and if they can't afford to purchase these pill then again only the rich get the best medical care. So maybe the question should be who benefits from this research and how soon? Will things ever change or are we deluding ourselves with false hope for better health care for everyone, the answers to these questions are ones which are most likely to be false and designed to install confidence on the public for the medical department.

The research on the cause of "brain freezes" was laid by Jorge Serrador of Harvard Medical School and other institutions. And I wonder what will be the next step for them, will this research take twenty years to complete or will it die out? I wonder!

Vaginal health

I have always been ignorant and unwilling to research vagina health but now. For example, vaginal infection cause discharge, odor, irritation, or itching. The good news is that we can use over the counter medicine, maybe I should start researching these infections?

fat-and-skinny-xray.jpg

I have a hard time seeing myself as one of these two images.

Oh My Gosh!

I originally wanted to have this blog be about health in the medical sense but now I will add to that.

I want this to be about health on broad scale! Whether it be about motivation or physical health concerns this is the place to post it.

What is on your mind?
