Unemployed and Scammed!

Looking for a job or work is hard, frustrating and not forgetting discouraging.

The are thousands of sites and places that are hiring and some require no experience and with all the scams that are out there ready for desperate job seekers, taking you on a ride and providing false hope. It is easy to give up and depend on someone else. I can't help but wonder where to look for work which reminds me why people say the are no jobs, how can we check the legitimacy of the offers, are the sites for job seekers checking the ads placed on their websites for scams? Who can I trust?

Why would an online job offer require you to pay a fee? Whether it be by credit card or deposit, if your looking for work that means you don't have money. I've had plus five sites ask me for money before they can contact/phone me about the job I applied for or inquired about, I'm tempted to borrow the money as I'm desperate but that is what alarms me. I think the fact that at some point you become desperate in your job search is what they count on to override your common sense. At the same time, I wonder if there are legitimate jobs that require you to pay a fee?

Again, I remind you of the desperate nature of a job search once you have been sitting at home for six months.
