What now?

I have changed my hairstyle from an afro to relaxed hair and I seem to have not moved. What now?

I have placed my CV in a couple of places and I'm still waiting for call backs. It's like I have this cloud over my head that's preventing me from getting a job, I call, I fax, I've included my entire work history on my CV, I've waited and now I'm starting to lose hope.
